Full Refund Period:

Customers may cancel their orders and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made up to two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled order date.

Partial Refund Period:

If an order is canceled within the two-week period but more than one week (7 days) before the scheduled order date, customers will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.

No Refund Period:

Cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled order date will not be eligible for any refund.
